Big feet, women with big feet

Being a male or female and having big feet can be a problem. Such as, not being able to find shoes to fit your size, paying way more than the average person for a pair of shoes and just the thought of your feet being bigger than the other riles you. You enter in a store and what you see are beautiful and stylish shoes that are all small sizes, 5 through 8, what about normal people? You ask. Well, it is actually getting a lot better in find comfortable, stylish shoes than a few years ago when the only large size shoes for women you could find were ones looking as if belongs to a farmers wife in the 1800’s or made by a blacksmith after he made the horse’s shoes he made them. They were awful looking and made women hated having larger size feet. For men it was easier since the belief was if a man’s feet were big it meant he was well endowed….so not true.  I say “love your feet they are yours”.

Now, women with big feet size are not afraid to say I wear a size 9 or 10 maybe even 11. Designers are making more stylish shoes in larger sizes to accommodate the celebrities that are oh so blessed. They now brag about their feet which makes a little more acceptable for the women that a one time would not reveal their shoes size. It was common back in the day to find women toes filled with corns because they would shove their feet into these beautiful shoes that were at least a size smaller than what they wear so, the consequences were corns and bunions.

For men with big feet is no problem, it is something to be proud of. A few years ago Shaq O’Neil the famous basketball player had his size 22 shoes displayed all over the media, people found it fascinating that one’s feet could be so big. But it’s true as they say the proof is in the pudding.

Celebrities have mastered the art of making their feet seem smaller by first always displaying perfectly pedicured feet. This seem to make the feet look neater and more tailored thus seeming small.

Next, avoiding pointy toe shoes unless you'll be on the run way or the red car carpet, these shaped shoes make the feet look elongated instead wear rounded toes shoes.

Wear shoes with embelishments, they take away from the size of the feet and emphasize on the shoes. Bows and ribbons, even shoes jewelry will work.
